やり方、進め方を決める

この仕事って案件によって微妙にやり方、進め方が異なると思います。案件の内容やクライアントの環境や予算、アサインされる人員など、周りに影響されやすいのもあって。

ディレクターにとって、その「やり方、進め方」を決めるというのは非常に重要なことなんだと思います。
ワークフローなんかがあるからそれに乗っかってりゃいいじゃん。とか思われそうですが、すべてが同じやり方では進められないため、無理にワークフローに沿ってやると痛い目に合うことがあります。（決まったものに乗っかると考えなくなります。）

例えば、プロジェクトが始まる時点で何の資料を作成するか、誰に何をやってもらうのかは決めておかないといけない。常にそのやり方はズレていないか。も考えながら進めないといけない。
もっと言うと、「その資料は何のために作るのか」「その資料で何を伝えたいのか」「その資料は本当に必要なのか」。
手を動かす前に常にそのやり方を意識するのがいいと思います。

同じ時間を費やすなら少しでも効率のよい方法を選びたいのは誰でも同じだと思います。
最初にやり方、進め方をじっくり考えずに走り出すと「やったことが無駄になった」って、また痛い目に合います。

やり方、進め方ってベース部分なんで、そこを外すと影響は大きいと思います。
