例えば…
人にモノを伝えるとき（主にプレゼンの場）に、どうすれば聞いている人を引き付けることができるか。とよく考えます。紙の資料は配らず、プロジェクタで説明するとか、昼食後の眠い時間は避けるとか、いろいろな努力、工夫をします。それで、最近思うことは「例えば…」を使うとワリと聞いてくれるような気がします。概要を伝えた後に「例えばこれって○○のようなものなんです」って感じで。具体的にイメージしやすいことを言ってあげる。
特に「例えば自分の場合は…」と自分の体験を例え話にするとより効果upのような気がします。
自分なりの「例えば」引き出しを数多く持っておくことも、人にモノを伝えるスキルアップになるような気がします。
