1メモ1メッセージ

PCを使うことが中心のこの業界といえどもメモ書きはしますよね。ペンとノートは欠かせません。
でも、メモ書きがたくさんになって後から見直さない、1枚にたくさん書きすぎてどれが重要な情報かわからない。なんて経験ありませんか。
実際僕もこんな経験をしたわけで、今は本当に大事だと思ったことだけを、メモ1枚に1メッセージだけを書くようにしています。（裏紙も極力使わない。使うとしても大きく×をつける。）
こうすることで、後で見返すことができるし、何が重要かがすぐにわかると思います。

という具合で、普段の業務内容で大事だと思ったことをノートにつけていたんですが、今はblogにつけています。そもそもこのblogの趣旨がそういうところから始まっているんですが…。

あと、モニタの周りに付箋をすき間なく貼っつけている人がいますが、あれも同じだと思います。
結局どれが重要なのかわからなくなってしまうので、本当に大事なことだけを貼っつけるようにしています。

企業サイトでもありますよね。
あれもこれも出したいからと、トップページが情報だらけ。結局どれも埋もれてしまっている。
本当に言いたいことだけを出す方がよっぽど効果があるのに。と思うことがよくあります。

う。とりあえず、モニタの周りの付箋を剥がしました…。
マックのデスクトップはスティッキーズの書類でいっぱいになっていますが…。
メモ症候群でしょうか。あ、メモ代わりに自分宛のメールなんてのもよく流します。
