問題の共有

大事ですね。社内、社外どちらにもあることだと思います。
自分がイヤな思いをしたくないから報告は後でいいや。とか、報告しなくても相手がわかるだろう。とかいう勝手な思いこみは、時によって大惨事を巻き起こす可能性があります。
最初は些細な問題かもしれませんが、2、3日寝かしただけでかなりの勢いで発酵します。

大惨事になってから回りの人に助けを求めるのではなくて、最初に気づいたときに少しめんどくさいのを我慢して、ちょっとでもイヤな思いもして、問題点を報告しお互いに共有することでその発酵を食い止めることができると思います。

メンバー同士が共通の問題を意識し、解決に向かうことで連帯感・信頼感も生まれると思うんですよね。ほら、一人で抱え込んでたらダメですよ。
