ヒアリング

クライアントへのヒアリングを通して、人に質問するってのは難しいもんだと思いました。

質問する側としては「自分が何を知りたいのか」ってことを相手に理解してもらうのが一番重要なんやと思います。
聞く前に自分は何が知りたいか。そのためにどんな質問をするのか。ってことを整理してから聞かないと自分の理解にもならないし、相手に失礼だと思いました。
でも、一つの質問なら、質問する前に頭の中で整理して相手に伝えればいいんですが、クライアントへのヒアリングになると勝手が違います。（ました。）
●聞きたいことが多数ある。
→知りたいことを整理するために前日からの準備が必要。
（アホなんで聞く直前に頭の中で整理しきれません）
●相手の答え次第で思い描いている順序から離れていってしまう
→とっさの判断が必要になる。
（この質問は最後やけど、話の流れで出てきたので先に聞いておこう）

ヒアリングの場は1時間でも、それにかかる準備や当日の集中度を考えるとヘビーな作業だなぁと感じた今日の一日でした。

私が経験したなかでややこしこかったのは、タイアップ広告を作る仕事で、掲載されるサイトが４つあった時です。代理店が間にいたのですが、最終的にはクライアントから直接話を聞く場をもらいました。が、サイトが４つきているので、様々な人が集まったわけです＾＾　幸い、元気のよい人が集まったので、おおざっぱな情報は他の質問から吸収し、私は自分のなかでクリティカルな質問だけするだけですみました。

ヒアリングは相手の人のタイプ（性格というか）に左右される部分もあるんですよね。
盛り上がって話してくれる人ならいいんですが、打っても響かない人だとツライところですね。
